Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site Medicare recertification survey conducted on July 6, 2021 through July 8, 2021, LifeSpring In Home Care of Eastern PA was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42CFR, Pa rt 484, Subparts & C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies.
